Minnesota has developed relationships with community organizations to provide targeted access to COVID information and resources across the state. These COVID-19 Community Coordinators—or CCC’s—include the Department of Indian Work - Interfaith Action, the Northwest Indian Community Development Center and the American Indian Community Housing Organization.CCC’s can answer questions about:· Where to get tested for COVID-19· Food support· Health care and mental health resources· Housing and rental assistance· COVID-19 case investigation and contact tracing· Employment resourcesIn addition to communities of color, dozens of CCC’s serve the LGBTQ-plus, disability, ethnic and immigrant communities.
