This session we will be discussing INJURY. This is an important one for absolutely everyone. I will take you through Injury vs Discomfort, Trusting your resources, and owning your injury. These sessions are short for a reason, I want you to understand INJURY, and use what you have learned for your benefit at no cost. "You thrive on performing. You have trained your brain to create high levels of serotonin through your physical performance. Your brain literally craves norepinephrine, and dopamine. It's very normal to feel low, sad, frustrated, angry, and even depressed at times. But even The highest level athletes have to deal with injury the same as you. Injury happens to everyone. You were injured. It wasn't unlucky. It wasn't meant to be. It just happened. what are you going to do about it? It's up to you.
