1 - You disconnect from Loved ones, you become more argumentative.
2 - You stop looking after yourself. Bye Bye exercise, diet and sleep.
3 - You feel tired all the time, but you can’t sleep at night.
Here’s a few signs you are experiencing burnout:
1 - You use food, alcohol, gaming or tv to escape your overwhelm.
2 - You find it hard to concentrate and focus.
3 - You struggle with your memory.
4 - You start to feel anxious about the day ahead.
5 - You lose the enjoyment you once had in your work.
Can you relate?
So what can we do to prevent it and get our selves out of it?
1 - Stop! You can’t be everywhere. You can’t Help everyone!
2 - Sharpen the Saw. Take some time out. Can it wait?
3 - Re-evaluate your time and where it goes. Does it serve you?
4 - Build your life around the things that bring you the return of joy.
5 - Cut out or reduce anything that brings you down.
6 - Exercise, make quiet time, by mindful of what and when you eat and drink.
7 - Maintain what you set out to do. Put you first.
