Most of us have no problem giving advice and sharing our thoughts with others and having their best interest in mind. Its easy to see other peoples lives from the outside and offer up suggestions and ideas on how they can improve. So why is it we don't take our own advice?? Nobody knows YOU, better than YOU! Take some time to advise yourself, listen to YOU! Take your own advice! Next up we talk RMS, aka, review mirror syndrome. As humans, we often spend waaaay too much time in the past. Emotions, memories, experiences, these all influence our present moments and most of the time we base our days living in the past. If you're always doing the same things, you will forever yield the same results! Do new shit! Think new thoughts! Live a new life! Everyday! Every second is a brand new everything!
