We both (Rose & Suman) go way back together and have recently reconnected which led to the inspiration of launching this podcast show. With both of our coaching backgrounds, we are consistently working on our own personal development as well as helping others to level up and transform too. Whilst having our deep conversations on mindset, emotions, and spirituality we both realised these juicy discussions need to be shared with the wider audience!
Sometimes we focus so much on the physical aspects of life that we inadvertently neglect the mindset side. Often, we do not even have the awareness that our dominating thoughts are impacting our lives and circumstances in so many different ways. As our thoughts and our mindset has a huge influence on our lives, we will be exploring this in much more detail. So that brings us here, bringing to you this awesome topic of minding your thoughts and how it impacts various areas of our lives too.
Meet your Hosts:
Rose Boddie:
The founder of Be Some Boddie (Life Coaching) Ltd, Rose Boddie is a Self-Belief Coach, Certified Belief Clearing Practitioner and creator of the Mindset First™ model.
Rose works with individuals to create ultimate self-belief so that they can eliminate self-doubt, fear and overwhelm releasing them to discover their full potential and start building the life they have always dreamed of.
Rose specialises in Mindset Mastery and using the Mindset First™ methodologies blended with psychological theory and spiritual principles in a holistic approach to achieving solid solutions and sustainable life-changing results with her clients.
Rose’s mission is to help individuals awaken to who they are, have an awareness of self and ultimate self-belief to face their challenges confidently and courageously.
Suman Manghra:
Manifestation Maven provides empowerment skills, tools, and knowledge within personal and professional development. Suman Manghra, who founded Manifestation Maven, graduated with a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology and then went on to complete her training and became certified in Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to Masters and Trainers level, and also Coaching.
Within her former corporate career, Suman has also worked as a coach, mentor, and trainer in various organisations, and so now she provides a range of training and development both to groups and individuals. Through Manifestation Maven, Suman also delivers transformational programmes, digital courses, online workshops, and powerful keynote speaking.
She became a published author in 2021 after co-authoring, and contributing to the Anthology "The New Woman - Stories of Kintsugi Experiences" to continue to help guide more people to unleash their potential and live life to its fullest!
