Listen "OMG Take Five: What if it's the food?"
Episode Synopsis
I'm taking inspiration from Nate Bargatze today! He recently talked about having to pay more attention to what he eats now that he's in his 40s... because what we eat really affects how we feel.Yes. That's true.Let's talk about the ways we might justify how we're feeling instead of realizing that a certain food or drink or habit could have caused it. The most important thing is understanding how different foods affect your own body - and your energy level and sleep as well. Then you get to decide. Make sure to listen to episode 46 on gluten for lots more information on the idea of being gluten free, who might want to do that, and where gluten comes from.
