For so long I have been confused with the lack of understanding why we use sexuality in a manipulative way and in the seeking of validation from others. Seeing it all over social media, advertisement, TV, amongst friends, women, etc etc I was starting to question Sexuality and what it looks like to express sexuality from an empowered confident perspective and it was hard to come across such examples.

After hours into the late night researching female psychology, I finally found my understanding. So simple, yet so detrimental to the understanding of ourselves, our worth, our wellbeing and our true happiness.
