Welcome back to the Millionaire Real Estate Podcast! Today, we sat down with special guest Jen Nelson to discuss marketing and leads, client appreciation, finding success as an individual agent vs in a team, and more!

In 2001 Jen and her husband bought their first house, the following year they bought their first investment property and officially fell in love with real estate.
When they moved (back) to Phoenix in 2004, they founded a development company and went on to build residential and commercial projects throughout the Valley in both the high and low markets. For years Jen worked primarily with institutional Buyers – large investor groups, but always thrived on the residential projects. Jen says she’s a “nerd for math and contracts” but the heart behind the home was such a compelling aspect of Real Estate and eventually drew her to the residential side of the industry.
She’s been awarded Best of the Best with Realty Executives, has won Positivity Awards and is recognized as one of the Top 1% of Realtors in Arizona. Jen loves to work with homeowners and says being able to really CELEBRATE the process with them might be her favorite part.
She’s recruited a couple of amazing women to help fill out the team, so they can provide World Class Service for every client, every time.
