Cathy began her career in Human Resources, helping a small government contractor double in size, and then switched to the Executive Search & Recruitment industry where she has spent the majority of her career. After helping a Veteran with a resume in the spring of 2015, she was introduced to Vets2PM, and began providing professional resume writing services, which turned into a full-time position where she created the Talent Services division, and established and manages Vets2PM’s DoD SkillBridge Program.

Cathy is an Amazon best-selling author, as the Editor with Doc Wright’s book ‘101 Lessons Learned From Helping Military Members and Veterans Achieve Meaningful, Lucrative Post-Service Careers,’ published in 2020.
