Growth and business growth is discussed as just a natural desire and need.

But, and without being political, with the current General Election we heard people discussing and arguing with why Growth is needed at all and whether we should be accepting of our lot in life and sustainability.

This got me thinking about how this would affect a Health and Social Care business and whether it should be naturally seeking to grow or seeking for just sustainability.
