Sunday Gathering August 20, 2023Rici Skei (Ephesians 2:10)Special guest Rici Skei joins us to help imagine what it looks like to fully live into all that God has invited us into for the sake of our communities, unleashed and empowered by the Holy Spirit.A Fresno native, Rici Skei and her family relocated from North Fresno to one of the most under-resourced and impoverished areas of Fresno in order to model a ministry of personal and community transformation there. Once called “the Devil’s Triangle,” the Lowell neighborhood is quickly becoming a “turnaround” neighborhood in Fresno, marked by transformation and revitalization. In 2011, Rici and her husband, along with a great core team of residents and community members, planted an intentional multi-class, multi-ethnic, multi-generational church in the Lowell neighborhood where they reside. Rici is an Ordained Pastor through the Evangelical Covenant Church and joyfully serves as Co-Pastor with her husband at On Ramps Covenant Church.
