The healthcare industry is complex and fragmented, which can make it difficult to innovate. However, Rx Lightning has been able to overcome these challenges by reimagining the patient journey and using technology to streamline the process. Today, the company is helping patients get started on life-saving medications in a more efficient way. The company has recently experienced explosive growth, with plans to add 175 new jobs over the next several years.
