Tommy Carr, younger brother of Notre Dames C.J. Carr, has committed to Michigan, re-establishing the familys connection to the Wolverines. Tommy, a highly rated quarterback, had previously committed to Miami of Ohio but received offers from Rutgers, Wake Forest, and ultimately Michigan. He led his high school team to a ten and two record, throwing for nearly three thousand yards and thirty-seven touchdowns.
