Listen "E8. Anthony Trucks: Owning your shift to make a change in your identity"
Episode Synopsis
Former NFL Player, American Ninja Warrior, Motivational speaker and Life Coach Anthony Trucks shares what it means to own your shift and make a change in your life. He opens up about being raised in foster care as child, eventually being adopted, watching his adoptive mother take her last breath, how he considered taking his own life after feeling like he didn't know who he was and how he was able to use these experiences as a catalyst to finding his identity and his purpose in life.
This gives him a unique perspective on what having a Mettle Mentality means as well as how you can make a shift in your identity and become the version of yourself that you know you can be. He discusses the 6 types of failure and how we often apply the wrong type of failure to our situation which prevents us from developing.
