Mick was joined by rugby league legend Phil Veivers and Adam Daniels to talk about 'Offload', a programme that uses rugby league to engage men on ways to build their mental fitness.
Offload is led by their community team, former Rugby League players and other members of the Rugby League community, including coaches and referees. They share their experiences of managing the stresses of difficult moments in their lives, and provide vital advice on how to stay mentally resilient.
Mick also spoke to psychologist Corinne Sweet on the important of mindfulness and another chance to hear from guests such as Tony Bellew, Metro Mayor Steve Rotheram and Cllr Barry Kushner at the launch of the YPAS Plus Liverpool North Hub in Croxteth.
