Special guests Dewayne Ford (AIDS Atlanta) and Imara Canady (AIDS Healthcare Foundation) join us for a critical discussion on the rise of HIV in the Black community. African Americans are eight times more likely to be diagnosed with HIV than European Americans and twice as likely as Latinos, according to KFF.org. Despite making up 40% of the 1.2M people living with HIV, African Americans are the least likely to use PrEP, which prevents infection.
