Finding strength through grace.  This week I am talking with Jen, about her vestibular journey, which began 8 years ago.  With her passion to serve others she has been able to find a strength within herself to "get off the couch" and get moving.  Over the last year she has made a commitment to helping others on similar paths by becoming a mental health and fitness coach. She loves encouraging others to give themselves grace while listening to their bodies. She is a VeDA Ambassador and helps raise awareness about vestibular disorders.
