Sectors are mixed with Gold up 2%. Demand from China boosting Energy and Resources up 2.1% and 1.1%.  Consumer Discretionary lagging behind, down 0.8%. The banks scraping through, the Big Bank basket up 0.3% to $188.58. Whitehaven Coal (WHC) – up 7% after providing FY23 guidance. Fisher & Paykel (FPH) - up 6% after providing a trading update. US results season in full swing - Diary here. Dow Futures are up 39 points, and NASDAQ Futures are up 41 points.
