On today's episode I wanted to take a moment to discuss what it looks like to hold yourself accountable while helping others. Many times we can get overwhelmed or just so focused on making sure others are taken care of that you look up and realize you've forgotten about yourself and your own goals. 
One person I wanted to sit down and talk with is Lindsey Anderson. Lindsey holds many titles including Executive Director of Vision Driven 757 - a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization who aims to support the youth in the Hampton Roads area;  Lindsey A of VA - Business Strategist that is helping aspiring entrepreneurs launch their businesses; Reading Interventionalist that is helping Kindergarten - 3rd grade students improve their reading levels; and mother of one. Lindsey is known to take action in the community and help whenever she can so she is the perfect person to share tips on how she is able to hold herself accountable while still managing to serve her community.
