Welcome back to Meet The Chefs!  Today I’m in Barcelona, where I’ll be based for the next few months.  My first podcast from here is a really interesting one with Omama’s Pasteleria.  Emilia, originally from Argentina and with a background in marketing, has set up her own cake-making business from her home kitchen.  It’s a complete switch up from the conventional restaurant industry but it's fascinating to hear about the unique challenges she has faced and a delight to hear the joy she has taken from it.  Apologies in advance for the background noise and the wind - my microphone is still on the way and we were talking outside on a busy Saturday morning!  Enjoy!Be sure to check out the full article on the business and other Barcelona spots when they go live on my website and subscribe and check out the Instagram for more!
