In this episode, I talk about knowing your audience and why "this stuff" isn't for every room, every friend group, or every family chat.  I share how tiny intuitive knowings get dismissed around the wrong people, why it's okay to keep sacred things private using 3 examples that have happened over the last few weeks in my daily life.  We talk about who is safe to share with and when to keep your practice quiet.
