Ever heard of a pheochromocytoma before? Nor had I before I walked into referral… but in all honesty, they’re some of the riskiest cases we see. These can be scary, as they randomly secrete sometimes large volumes of adrenaline and noradrenaline - causing life-threatening tachycardia and hypertension.
