Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a food processor, pulse the chickpeas until roughly chopped. Do not over-process, leave some texture.
Transfer the chickpeas to a bowl and add breadcrumbs, onion, bell peppers, garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the patties on it.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Assemble your burgers with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
