She's the wife of Civil Engineer/Deacon Tony Grant. They are the proud parents of UMD Graduate/Financial Analyst, Christopher Grant, MSU Electrical Engineering College Student, Drew Grant and Honors Middle School Teen, Jewel Grant. Pastor Sherry is a nationally known Playwright having written and produced "Preacher's Kids" (Stage-play) starring Beyoncé, John Witherspoon, Debbie Winans and Monique Walker, to name a few. Pastor Sherry has a ministry to the family and loves to spend time with her husband and family and dog Sweetie. Pastor Sherry was appointed to the office of pastor by her parents, Bishop Carroll & Pastor Muriel Johnson and has served as pastor of MLCC Baltimore for 8 years. She began pastoring a newly ordained Elder (http://internationalbibleway.org) having only preached 2 times in her entire life. God has blessed her with a remarkable anointing to break the chains of bondage over the lives of people. She is a gifted praise and worship leader and woman with a heart of gold. Her love for the people of God is evident by the love the people have for her. She is truly a Proverbs 31 woman and MLCC is blessed to call her pastor and friend.
