On this episode, I'm joined by recording artist turned educator, Madison, to discuss what led her from the music industry to the classroom, what transferrable skills (in the other direction!) she relied upon to find success as an educator, what she loves most about being in front of students, and the program she started - "Seasons of a Teacher" to invite other educators to reflect on where they are emotionally and how we can all assist in that growth.

We also discussed the positive impact she's seen on herself, her students, and her community since beginning this program of support.
