On the final episode of 2023, I'm joined by regular contributors, Tyrina and Cedric, to discuss what steps candidates can take to prioritize DEI in their job search efforts. We break down some of the questions candidates should be asking before, during, and after the interviews to ensure DEI efforts are a priority, what research they can be doing during their search to answer some of their questions themselves, and how they can continue to be a voice beyond acceptance of an offer.
