In the wake of federal legislation which has clamped down on hemp, hemp usage and dispensaries (with attempts from the state, too), a bipartisan group of lawmakers are looking to protect those owners, employees and customers, though with new hoops added. Next, as the topic of data centers becomes more prevalent, so does the opposition of the people who want to know these projects will do for and to, their communities. Then, what constitutes "private land" and when is it trespassing and when is it a stroll on the beach?
