This is such a critical psychological lesson for us all to really hear and internalize. We can be strong, positive, productive trading coaches to ourselves if we so choose to manage ourselves that way and the value from this approach is incredibly powerful and truly essential! Ideally, we allow our trading journey to be full of excitement, learning, little victories mixed with the lesson days, and graceful anticipation for what the challenges of each new level will present.
