'Mariette’s On The Move, The Podcast' is based around individuals who want to physically relocate from wherever they are living now, to wherever they want to be and all the intentions and obstacles that come along with making the decision to pursue your dreams. This podcast will be a combination of 1:1 coaching sessions, shorties where we’ll talk through things like the FRED Framework with the four subjects of Finances, Robustness (mental & physical strength), Ecosystem, and Dreams or moving tips and what to do when setbacks arise along your journey. We’ll be doing major US City spotlights from Real Estate Agents and influencers across the country getting the pros, cons, culture, laws & attractions in their areas of expertise. We’ll also be interviewing moving industry experts from authors to federal agents so you can be a well-informed consumer along the way. I’ve personally moved 18 times in 23 years, to 5 of America's top cities and I’ve had everything from seamless, happy moves to my stuff getting held hostage by a moving company- so I have lots of fun stories to share. As a Certified Professional Organizer that focuses on residential transitions, and a Certified Life Coach that helps you get unstuck when chasing your dreams, I’ve experienced this crazy journey called life firsthand, plus have the schooling to back it all up. My objective isn’t just to get you from point A to point B with tips, tricks, and scams to avoid, it’s to see if you really need to stop at point B (or C or D) when you really want to go to Point E but something is stopping or sabotaging you, even if that's you yourself! We'll reverse engineer you into your goals, avoiding unnecessary moves, stress and heartache.
