A.Motives in our prayer life are crucial. Selfish motives involved in prayer do not help us grow spiritually. If some of our prayers go unanswered because of the fact that our relationships are terrible, we force answers instead of waiting on God, we ask with wrong motives, or we don’t even pray…then what is the answer? The answer to this question anticipates James 5:16, “The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.”
