So this episode is a little more personal. With the passing of our patriarch, Michael Caterson, I decided to briefly explore the topic of 'Legacy'. At the end of my time I would have loved to see all my children at the dinner table, noticing how beautiful and great they are and will be. Fathers, I ask you this? What will be your legacy? What is that one word or statement they will remember you by? Is there an item you cherish that can be passed down, like an old jacket, ring. Do you have a favorite secret recipe they can have? What is your legacy?
