Tune in to the Management Insights podcast on Using a Self-Reflection Journal Effectively in Massive Management Classes with today’s guest, Elina Ibrayeva.  Elina Ibrayeva Ph.D, is an associate  professor of practice at the  Management Department at the University of Nebraska Lincoln.  In this podcast she discusses how she teaches students to be more positive, grateful, and networking oriented  in her 400 students undergraduate Introduction to Management class.  Last year Elina received an Outstanding Professor Award from UNL Mortar Board Student Senior Honor Society for teaching an on-campus Introduction to Management class.
