Home inspection issues can come up from time to time, a lot of buyers may be concerned about issues that come up but we want to put you at ease. While it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the house and decide if it is the right house for you, there is generally a time period where you can do your due diligence and you can evaluate the house with a professional inspector. If issues are found then you can go back to the seller and negotiate so that the buyer and seller can come to an agreement. You need to make sure that any issues discovered are things you can live with or that can potentially be fixed. If the issues are something you can’t live with you may have the option to walk away.
