Mattie is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the non-profit sector and assisted in the creation and development of Boston’s first One-Stop Career Center (The Work Place, 1995), the MOSES (Massachusetts One-Stop Employment Systems), the Roxbury Resource Center (1998) and the Allston/Brighton Resource Center (2006).Mattie is also a Spoken Word Artist. Her first book, “Fourth Realm: Where All Things Are Possible” was published in 2005. She is currently writing her second book which focuses on workforce development, job search strategies, and financial coaching.
