Samhain is a great day to set NEW things in motion while releasing all the old DEAD stuff that's getting in the way.  
This time is one of harvest and celebrating our roots before we settle into the 'dark side' of the year. Set intentions for the new energies ahead and decide which of the darkness will be brought to light in order to let go and move forward.
