It is my joy and pleasure to bring you this interview with someone I see as a celebrity, Alex Jack.  Alex's journey in the health and peace movements started in India and Vietnam in the 1960's and has led him to continue sharing peaceful ways of living through his teaching and writing.  Growing up surrounded by a progressive community of change-makers, he's been able to help keep rice in the US organic and GMO-free through grassroots activism.  He's collaborated with Michio Kushi and other macrobiotic figures to write books that include The Cancer Prevention Diet, The One Peaceful World Cookbook and Crohn's And Colitis: A Whole Foods Plant-Based Approach.
