With our first IRL event behind us, we recap our experience at the Philadelphia Safari Zone. While the food trucks were amazing, the aesthetic left us a bit let down. We discuss what both Trainers and Niantic can learn from it, and share our thoughts on what we want from future IRL events.
 
We recap the Dia de Muertos event and plot out the Festival of Lights. It is pretty amazing that this game not only helps us explore other cultures but to celebrate them. Will the release of Dedenne be enough to carry the event? It will be interesting to see what Niantic has up their sleeve for part 2 of the event.
