Self love is really hard to do sometimes we tend to love others more than ourselves and forgetting about you you tend to look for others to love you be honest and everything else but if understand that no one is good when there is good there is bad where there darkness there is light so no one is perfect all the think we look to people for only god can give to use and once we understand that you will really feel better all we have in the end is god and god is love that's how I know god is in me because I love and the light will always over power darkness No matter what
