Communicating with people can get tricky! We all come to the table with a deep root system of beliefs, experiences, and feelings. Let’s also not forget how vastly different men and women communicate. It can all feel overwhelming for sure. As we learn to know ourselves better and communicate clearly in ways other people can receive, we see the dynamics shift; some for the better and some for the worse if others refuse to step into healthier communication. Learning to let people communicate for themselves and to put the effort into our own growth in how we show up and communicate is hard. When we do, it's powerful in helping us thrive in our relationships!
