Short update: Laura and I ran the AthHalf (Athens Half Marathon) on October 20th. Good run, slow but enjoyable.I tapered about 3 weeks to much, so I was knew that I was undertrained for the race. That was OK, I still had a good time.Starting a new plan with no race in mind. I am doing a Hal Higdon 1/2 plan, but I decided to use Phil Maffetone's 180 rule for this training. I want to build my aerobic base
