When is forgetting names a warning of Alzheimer’s disease?It is not necessarily a symptom. Many people, even at very young ages, had difficulty remembering names. It is pretty normal, even without the aging process.The Pleasanton Senior Center teaches a memory class which is a helpful and fun way to improve or maintain memory function.It is good to exercise memory skills. Try choosing several phone numbers and always dial them on the keypad instead of auto-dialing them.
