Evil cannot exist if reality is physical. Evil would need to be a malevolent physical force capable of impacting in a destructive way, physical things, if reality was as atheists claim it is. There fore, there is no evil or reality is not a sufficient explanation for all visible phenomena. The devil did convince man he does not exist, but convincing man physical reality was sufficient as an explanatory device to explain all observable phenomenon. Meaning, evil is not required to explain man’s inhumanity to man. If evil is superfluous then a source of evil is no longer required. But the truths of the bible are not that easily eliminated.
