The Carolina Hurricanes did address their top-six winger and defenseman needs during the first week of free agency. However, there are still rumblings that the Hurricanes may need to resolve their second-line center situation. If they don't go with Jesperi Kotkaniemi, who internally on the roster can replace him at 2C?
