Maxxi is...........blessed. Well, Puerto Rican, so she knows IT. Born in San Juan, PR, she studied communication, and worked in TV, with Telemundo & Univision, getting transferred to Miami when NBC bought them out. Arriving here in 2008, she quickly went and got a human resources degree from Miami-Dade College, worked in hospitality at the Ritz Carlton, SLS, and Shore Club, was a manager at Blues Burgers, and now at her dream job, manager of La Placita, an authentic Puerto Rican joint in Little Haiti, lit with color and music. During COVID, she started her own company making vegan burgers, ThePlantDelicious, and now supplies them here locally, with a growing operation. Full of pride for Puerto Rico, and passion for good service, Maxxi's dream is to walk dogs for celebrities, and build out her network, since, the sky's the limit.
