Our guest on Episode 27 is alt-country singer/songwriter Tommy Prine!

Tommy is the son of music legend John Prine, and released his debut record “This Far South” in 2023 to critical acclaim. Admittedly, Tommy was late to the worlds of songwriting and touring, but he is certainly making up for lost time, releasing a constant string of both original and cover singles, all while headlining clubs across North America. 

In this interview we discuss his unlikely influences, re-writing his debut album, playlist submission, and hand percussionists.
