From the way God organized His people around the tabernacle in the shape of a cross, to the hard lessons of wandering in the desert when the people chose fear over faith, and finally to the bronze serpent lifted up as a picture of Jesus’ sacrifice—God’s plan to save His people was always pointing forward to Christ. The cross is not just a moment in history; it is the thread woven through all Scripture, showing us how to look to Jesus for forgiveness, healing, and new life.
