The Worst Performing Neighbourhoods in Vancouver - 2025 Wow. If I didn't know any better I'd think the world might be ending...at least in terms of what's on social media on the topic of Vancouver's real estate market. There's a LOT of doom and gloom out there. So, I thought I'd add my two cents and provide a dose of data-backed reality. So yeah, there's no doubt that the current Vancouver real estate market is a challenging one (10 year highs for inventory and 10 year lows for sales). But...it's challenging in very specific market segments. ...there's actually some markets that are bucking the trend and currently at ALL TIME HIGHS...which is a podcast that I did LAST week (be sure to check that podcast if you're looking for the positive side of the story) But getting back to THIS podcast...I thought it would be interesting to find the worst performing Vancouver neighborhoods in the last year and take a look under the hood a bit. I wanted to see if what's happening in those neighborhoods matches the overall narrative of what's going on with the Vancouver real estate market right now.
