We duck dive a few minutes to discuss TikTok and why it differs from other social media platforms. Is it safe? How much data is actually gathered by the platform? Its just social media! The issues relating to surveillance and security is alarming and most people wouldn't even realise the dangers of how this data can be potentially be used by the Chinese state government. The US is looking to ban it  but it seems  Australia is not overly concerned with this Chinese owned company that runs the platform. It is on the radar, but Australia is adopting a wait and see approach with some caution.
