We are living in a time of great anxiety in the world.  In fact, here in the U.S.  more than a third of  U.S. adults suffer from an anxiety disorder. Woman are twice as likely as men to to sucomb to anxiety and panic attacks.  Fear is a natural, human response to encountering something challenging or uncertain. We all feel fear at times, but over and over again, God reminds us in His word to "Fear not".  2 Timothy 1:7 says God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. So how do we move from fear to faith?
