This is not your traditional support group. We support each other through movement. 
As we wrap of Mental Health Awareness month, lets reflect on how healing happens through layers. 
Reflection: Some days feel like forward motion, some like circles. But every layer---even the painful; ones---carries purpose.
I am hoping to connect with someone who is going through something. Lets heal together through movement.
